Training & Workshops

Hands-on technology training — student workshops, graduate refresher programs, and practical upskilling for teams.

Training & Workshops

Overview

Technology skills are best learned by building, not by watching slides. Our training is hands-on by design: participants wire circuits, flash microcontrollers, crimp cables, and configure real systems — the same work our own engineers do on client projects.

We run embedded systems workshops for students, refresher programs that help graduates and employees turn classroom theory into job-ready skills, and tailored upskilling for teams. Sessions run at your school or workplace or at our premises, with a curriculum shaped around your group's level and goals.

How It Works

  1. 1Needs assessment — we discuss your group's background, goals, and available time.
  2. 2Curriculum proposal — topics, hands-on exercises, duration, and cost, tailored to the group.
  3. 3Hands-on delivery — practical sessions with real equipment, at your venue or ours.
  4. 4Assessment & certificates — participants demonstrate skills and receive certificates of completion.
  5. 5Follow-up — materials, project guidance, and continued mentorship where wanted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the training for?

Three main groups: students who want practical exposure beyond the classroom, graduates who need to refresh and apply what they studied, and employees or teams upskilling for their current role. We adjust the depth and pace to each group.

Can you run workshops at our school or workplace?

Yes — we deliver on-site at schools, universities, and workplaces, and we bring the training equipment with us. Smaller groups can also be hosted at our premises in Kampala.

Do participants need prior experience or their own equipment?

No equipment is needed — we provide the kits, tools, and components for hands-on sessions. Prior experience requirements depend on the course; introductory workshops assume none at all.
